Danish Dataproces Group is launching a new warrant program for selected employees in order to strengthen incentives and retain staff.
The program comprises 97,842 warrants, which will be granted at no cost. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one share at a price of 0.02 Danish kroner.
The number of warrants has been determined based on a volume-weighted average price of 4.7218 Danish kroner per share. The warrants vest on 1 September 2027 and can be exercised between 1 and 14 September of the same year.
