Craaford Capital Partners’ ownership stake in gaming company Beyond Frames Entertainment has fallen to 9.6 percent of the votes, from 10.5 percent previously. This is according to a flagging notice.
The change follows the registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office of the first part of the directed share issue announced on August 26.
Craaford Capital Partners still owns nearly 1.96 million shares in Beyond Frames.
