Coretura, the joint venture between Daimler Truck and Volvo, has selected Alloy Kore from Vector and BlackBerry-owned QNX as the foundational software layer for its software-defined commercial vehicle platform.
The solution will be used for high-performance computing and constitutes the first design order for Alloy Kore.
Canadian BlackBerry’s stock rises 2.5 percent on the news.
