Property services company Coor Service Management has appointed its nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
The nomination committee consists of Michael C. Wisser, appointed by Wisag Service Holding Europa, Richard Torgerson, appointed by Nordea Funds, Kristian Åkesson, appointed by Carnegie Fonder, Jan Särlvik, appointed by AP4, and the chair of the board, Mikael Stöhr. Michael C. Wisser is chair of the nomination committee.
Several changes have taken place compared with the nomination committee ahead of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Michael C. Wisser and Jan Särlvik have joined, while Anette Andersson, who represented SEB Funds, has left the nomination committee. Richard Torgerson, Kristian Åkesson and Mikael Stöhr remain. The chairmanship has meanwhile passed from Richard Torgerson to Michael C. Wisser.
