Flodéns, which is part of ByggpartnerGruppen, has been commissioned by Varbergs Bostad to develop Södra Sörse in Varberg.
The order value is approximately SEK 530 million. The project comprises around 220 new apartments, outdoor areas and a parking garage with 390 spaces. The parking garage is to be completed by the end of 2027 at the latest, and the entire construction project is planned for completion in 2031.
