The pharmaceutical company Circio cancels the planned subsequent offering of up to 16.9 million shares, which could have raised approximately 200 million Norwegian kroner.
The decision follows the share having traded below the subscription price since the directed issue on 15 September, with trading volumes several times larger than the potential offering.
