The asset manager CapMan has signed a EUR 30 million sustainability-linked loan agreement, divided into two loan facilities of EUR 15 million each.
The term is three years, with the option to extend by two years. The loan will be used to refinance a EUR 40 million bond loan maturing in April 2027.
The refinancing is planned for the first half of 2027.
