The investment company Calviks has issued three-year senior secured bonds worth SEK 650 million under a framework amount of SEK 1,200 million.
The interest rate is three-month Stibor plus 8 percentage points. The company has simultaneously received repurchase tenders worth SEK 283.75 million at a price of 124.328 percent.
The remaining outstanding bonds will be redeemed on 4 November at 120 percent of the nominal amount plus remaining interest payments.
The transactions are conditional on receipt of the issue proceeds.
