Investment company Calviks is acquiring 80 percent of the shares in Atrium People, a Norwegian recruitment and staffing company operating in Bergen, Sunnmøre and Oslo. This is stated in a press release.
The agreement is entered into following the completion of due diligence and follows the letter of intent announced on 9 July. The purchase price for the acquired stake amounts to 47.7 million Norwegian kroner on a cash- and debt-free basis. Atrium had sales of 90 million Norwegian kroner in 2025, with an EBIT result of 13.5 million Norwegian kroner.
