Asset manager Caius Capital has sold a total of 675,174 shares in Norwegian offshore company Prosafe during the period from 8 to 14 October.
The sales were carried out at a total transaction value of approximately NOK 3.2 million.
Following the transactions, Caius Capital’s holding amounts to 51,726,154 shares, corresponding to 14.66 percent of the capital. The holding has thereby fallen below the 15 percent disclosure threshold.
