Business software company Briox is launching Briox Payroll, an AI-based solution designed to automate manual tasks in payroll administration. Several accounting firms and medium-sized companies have already signed agreements ahead of the public launch.
The solution uses AI agents to streamline payroll work and allow payroll consultants to focus on advisory services and oversight.
“Payroll is a market worth several billion kronor annually in Sweden alone, but the systems used today are fundamentally the same as they were 30 years ago. The fact that a customer has chosen us even before the product has been launched shows that demand for something new already exists. There simply has not been anything that improves efficiency enough to make switching worthwhile,” says Mikael Lindblom, CEO of Briox.
Briox has already been supplying AI systems to more than 33,000 companies in the Nordic region, the Baltics and Malaysia.
