Asset manager Blackrock has increased its stake in Danish biotech company Novonesis to 5.00 percent of the capital, from the previous 4.99 percent.
On October 21, the holding amounted to 23,406,833 shares, corresponding to 4.99 percent of the capital. In addition, Blackrock had exposure through financial instruments corresponding to 0.01 percent of the capital.
Blackrock’s share of the votes amounts to 2.45 percent.
