The Danish beverage company Bar Djus has entered into a distribution partnership with Swedish food wholesaler Martin & Servera and has simultaneously received its first order from the company.
The partnership gives Bar Djus access to a new distribution channel in the Swedish market and is intended to strengthen sales to restaurants, hotels and other professional customers.
The company states that Swedish sales manager Jacob Hertz, who has more than 35 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, will intensify sales efforts. Bar Djus will also be featured in Martin & Servera’s magazine Dryck & Bar, which reaches around 5,000 professional customers.
Bar Djus has also recently received a first test order from the German wholesaler Omega Sorg.
The partnership and the first orders do not entail any changes to the company’s previously communicated forecast for 2026. No order values were disclosed.
