Bank of America reiterates Buy for Norwegian semiconductor company Nordic Semiconductor with a target price of NOK 245.
The bank points to a strong third-quarter report, in which sales in the consumer segment increased by 31 percent. Growth is also broadening to more product areas.
The bank raises its revenue forecasts by around 1 percent for 2026–2028, but cuts its earnings forecasts due to higher costs. Despite this, the EBITDA margin is expected to rise from 14.4 percent in 2026 to 23.9 percent in 2028.
