GE Healthcare appoints Pascal Desroches as a board member, effective January 4, 2027. This is according to a press release.
Desroches has been CFO of AT&T since 2021 and will leave the company at the end of 2026. He has more than 30 years of experience in finance, corporate governance, and technology and digital transformation, and has previously served, among other roles, as CFO of WarnerMedia and Turner Broadcasting.
“His perspective will further strengthen our board as we execute our strategy to advance precision care, accelerate our next wave of innovation and create long-term value for patients, customers and shareholders”, comments Lawrence Culp, chairman of the board at GE Healthcare.
