Asker board member Mikael Vinje buys shares for SEK 1.8 million

Mikael Vinje bought 30,000 shares in medical technology company Asker Healthcare Group on 24 September, where he is a board member. The shares were bought at a price of SEK 61.46 per share, a transaction worth SEK 1.8 million. The transaction was carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is shown by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.

Vinje owned 159,638 shares in Asker on 1 April, according to the Holdings ownership service.
