Applied Digital has signed an agreement for access to up to 1 GW of potential power capacity in Finland, the company’s first development opportunity outside the United States.
The plan is for an AI campus that can be scaled to 1 GW, with initial power availability from 2028. The site will be marketed to global large cloud service providers.
Investments and continued development will be guided by customer needs, commercial milestones and regulatory requirements.
