Analysguiden sees several potential share-price catalysts for investment company VNV Global, including stock-market listings of portfolio companies Voi and Blablacar. Despite a declining net asset value, the operational performance of the larger holdings is considered to support the share price.
This is stated in commissioned research in which Analysguiden reiterates its fair value of SEK 22.30 per share.
The analysis also highlights the continued strong performance of the larger portfolio companies and VNV Global’s share buybacks as positive factors. The buybacks are considered to help limit downside in the share price.
VNV Global has purchased a total of 3 million shares in 2026, of which 2.9 million have been cancelled. The company has also divested smaller holdings, such as Ovoko and NoTraffic, which will generate approximately 11 million dollars for the investment company during the coming quarter.
