Healthcare and care services company Ambea has received all necessary regulatory approvals for the recommended public offer for Humana.
The competition authorities in Sweden, Norway and Finland have completed their reviews without taking any further action. The Inspectorate for Strategic Products has also left Ambea’s notification under the Act on the Screening of Foreign Direct Investments without action.
Regulatory approvals are therefore no longer a condition for completion of the offer. The remaining conditions remain in place.
The acceptance period runs until 30 September at 15.00. Provided that the conditions have been fulfilled or Ambea nevertheless decides to complete the offer, payment of the consideration is expected to begin around 8 October.
