Residential developer Alm Equity is starting construction of the Elverket project in Sundbyberg, where a former power station will be converted into 13 homes. This is stated in a press release.
The homes will range from 35 to 180 square metres and the project is being developed by the subsidiary Alm Småa Bostad. The turnkey contract is being carried out by another subsidiary, 2xA Entreprenad.
Occupancy is expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The construction start is Alm Equity’s third in a short period and is part of the company’s efforts to get more of its own development projects underway.
