Consulting giant Accenture has acquired UK-based Sagacity Solutions, which specialises in data analytics and customer insights.
The acquisition strengthens Accenture Song’s capabilities in AI-based customer analytics in the UK and Ireland. Sagacity was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in London.
The company adds more than 140 employees and expertise in areas including customer data, AI and automation. The initiative is primarily aimed at industries such as energy, retail, banking and telecoms. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
