Accounting firm Aallon Group acquires the accounting firm Goodwill Tilit’s business in Tavastehus. The business, with 13 employees and revenue of approximately EUR 1.14 million over the past twelve months, will transfer on 1 October.
The purchase price will be paid in cash, but the amount has not been disclosed.
The deal does not affect Aallon Group’s medium-term financial targets.
