Beijer Ref completes acquisition of Refra

Refrigeration wholesaler Beijer Ref has completed the acquisition of 90 percent of the shares in Lithuanian HVAC/R manufacturer Refra following approval from the competition authority. The company also has an option to acquire the remaining shares. Refra will continue under its own brand and will be consolidated in Beijer Ref’s accounts from 9 October.
