Norwegian rig operator Subsea 7 has received an extension to its contract for Sakarya Phase 3 off Turkey from Turkish Petroleum Offshore Technology Center. The order value is USD 50–150 million.
The assignment covers towing as well as the installation and connection of mooring lines ahead of the commissioning of the project’s floating production unit in 2028. Work begins immediately.
