Investment company Flerie has appointed the nomination committee ahead of the 2027 annual general meeting, according to a press release.
The nomination committee consists of Thomas Eldered, appointed by T&M Participation and T&M Förvaltning, Mattias Cullin, appointed by the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund, and Lars Backsell, appointed by Cajelo Invest. The owners behind the members together represented 80.4 percent of the votes in Flerie as of 31 August.
Compared with the previous year, Cullin is new to the nomination committee. He replaces Jannis Kitsakis, who represented the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund last year.
The annual general meeting will be held on 23 March 2027.
