Alm Equity has started construction of 505 rental apartments, as well as a preschool and garage, in the Navis sub-project within the Archimedes urban development project in Mariehäll, Bromma. This is stated in a press release.
Together with the 357 apartments whose construction started in May, a total of 862 homes have entered production in Archimedes during the year. The project is owned by associate company Stadsnära Bostäder, in which Alm Equity holds a 40 percent stake and is responsible for project development. The design-and-build contract is being carried out by the subsidiary 2xA Entreprenad.
