US President Donald Trump says that Russia has “lost control” of its diesel industry following Ukraine’s attacks on Russian refineries. CNBC reports.
According to Trump, a large number of Russian refineries have been knocked out and at least temporarily taken offline. The statement comes as Trump wants Ukraine and Russia to agree to a ceasefire on attacks against energy infrastructure.
