SEB raises the posted mortgage rates for fixed-rate periods of one to ten years. The change takes effect today, Tuesday, September 22. This is stated in information on the bank’s website.
The increases range from 0.10 to 0.20 percentage points. The rates for two-, three- and ten-year fixed-rate periods are raised the most, by 0.20 percentage points, to 3.89, 3.99 and 4.49 percent, respectively.
The one-year rate is raised by 0.10 percentage points to 3.64 percent, while the five-year rate is raised by 0.15 percentage points to 4.19 percent. The variable three-month rate is left unchanged at 3.94 percent.
