Swiss banking giant UBS has reached a settlement with the Dutch Public Prosecution Service and will pay 5 million euros to resolve an older case linked to Credit Suisse. Bloomberg News reports.
The investigation concerns suspected criminal liability following incorrect tax declarations by twelve former Dutch Credit Suisse clients between 2005 and 2015.
UBS says the settlement does not constitute an admission of criminal liability.
