The Stockholm District Court today, November 3, handed down its ruling in a case concerning
the advertising platform company Adverty. The District Court orders the company to pay a corporate fine of SEK 400,000, according to a press release.
The case concerns misleading information in a press release published on June 27, 2024, by the company’s then CFO and board member regarding his disposal of shares in Adverty.
The company will now analyze the ruling and decide whether to appeal.
