Pharmaceutical company Teva has signed an agreement with Samsung Bioepis on the commercialisation of two FDA-approved biosimilars in immunology in the US.
Teva will obtain the rights to Eticovo when the deal is completed and to infliximab-abda in the third quarter of 2027.
Samsung Bioepis will retain responsibility for manufacturing and regulatory matters.
The deal is expected to be completed before year-end.
The agreement includes upfront payments over three years, potential milestone payments and profit sharing. No amounts were disclosed.
