The European Commission is holding a meeting in Brussels on Wednesday with representatives of Ukraine, the US, France, Germany, the UK, NATO and the World Bank. Reuters reports this.
According to a source, the parties will discuss a plan for Ukraine’s economic recovery and security guarantees.
The US then plans to bring together delegations from Ukraine and Russia in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11 for talks on ending the war and future security arrangements.
