Monthly recurring revenue, MRR, increased to USD 230 million (193), versus expectations of USD 229.9 million.
Operating profit was USD 568 million (343), compared with expectations of USD 523.9 million.
Subscription revenue increased to USD 836 million (699), versus expectations of USD 850.2 million.
Shopify expects revenue in the fourth quarter to increase by just over 30 percent compared with the corresponding period of the previous year.
