The engineering group Atlas Copco has acquired the operating assets of Portuguese compressed-air distributor Iberoair.
Iberoair is based in Águeda in central Portugal and supplies compressed-air equipment and related services to, among others, the ceramics industry, light manufacturing and the mechanical engineering industry.
As part of the acquisition, 20 employees will join Atlas Copco. The business will become part of the service division within the Compressor Technique business area.
The purchase price has not been disclosed.
