Nordea reiterates its Hold rating for Finnish pharmaceutical distributor Oriola, with an unchanged price target of EUR 0.80.
The company showed improved underlying performance in the third quarter, with strong growth in Products and increased profitability in the joint venture. Nordea sees signs that strategic measures are delivering results, but notes that a strong fourth quarter is required to reach the full-year forecast.
At the same time, implementation risks related to a new business system and distribution center remain.
