Research company BioArctic has appointed the nomination committee ahead of the 2027 annual general meeting.
The Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund is replacing its representative Jannis Kitsakis with Thomas Ehlin, who will also become chair.
Ackelsta is replacing Claes Andersson with Pär Gellerfors, while Margareta Öhrvall remains Demban’s representative.
The shareholders represent 57 percent of the shares and 82 percent of the votes, compared with 58 and 83 percent, respectively, the previous year.
