KD Ventures portfolio company Umecrine Cognition has not achieved statistically significant improvements in cognition or fatigue in a phase 1b/2a study of golexanolone in the liver disease PBC.
KD Ventures is therefore writing down the value of its holding from SEK 226.4 million to zero. This reduces net asset value by approximately SEK 0.30 per share. KD Ventures owns 58.6 percent of the company.
