Viaplay has completed the sale of its Dutch streaming and television operations to DPG Media-owned Videoland for EUR 142 million, corresponding to SEK 1.57 billion.
Net proceeds are expected to amount to approximately SEK 1.1 billion after costs and future payments and will be used to reduce net debt. The operations generated revenue of EUR 149 million in 2025. The sale does not affect the company’s financial targets for 2026 or its long-term ambitions.
