Keld Østergaard has bought a total of 11,186 shares in Swiss Properties Invest through Swiss Property Ventures for approximately 1.1 million Danish kroner.
On 26 October, 10,000 shares were bought at a price of 102 Danish kroner, corresponding to 1.02 million Danish kroner. The following day, a further 1,186 shares were bought at a price of 103 Danish kroner, corresponding to 122,158 Danish kroner.
Swiss Property Ventures is owned by Østergaard and Swiss Properties Invest CFO Martin Märki.
