Henning Spjelkavik, employee representative on the board of Norwegian marketplace operator Vend, bought 500 shares in the company on 28 October.
The shares were bought at a price of 219.00 Norwegian kroner per share, a transaction worth 109,500 Norwegian kroner.
The purchase was made on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
