Among the municipalities surveyed, condominium prices have recovered the most strongly in Stockholm and Luleå, where prices are 8 and 7 percent, respectively, above the 2022 peak levels. In Eskilstuna, however, prices are still 23 percent lower.
For detached houses, Luleå stands out with prices 15 percent above the previous peak, followed by Östersund at 5 percent. Eskilstuna is also furthest behind here, with prices 23 percent below the 2022 peak level.
