Materials trading company TK Accelis was valued at 1.77 billion euros at its stock market debut in Germany on Wednesday. Reuters reports this.
The share began trading at 27.80 euros after parent company Thyssenkrupp distributed 49 percent of the shares to existing shareholders.
TK Accelis has around 15,500 employees and sales of 11.4 billion euros, equivalent to almost one-third of Thyssenkrupp’s sales. The company aims to raise its adjusted operating margin from 2 percent to between 4 and 5 percent in the medium term.
The listing is Germany’s largest so far in 2026 and is part of Thyssenkrupp’s restructuring into a holding company.
