On 27 October, Kestutis Sasnauskas bought 50,000 shares in
property company Eastnine, where he is CEO and major shareholder, through the company Schkval. The shares were bought at a price of SEK 42.20 per share, a transaction worth SEK 2.1 million. The transaction was carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is shown by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.
Sasnauskas thereafter owns 10.48 million shares, corresponding to 10.67 percent of the capital and votes in Eastnine, according to the ownership service Holdings. He is the company’s second-largest shareholder after Peter Elam Håkansson.
