Affärsvärlden gives a Neutral recommendation for real estate company Fabege in an analysis on Monday.
Fabege is a Stockholm-focused company with a portfolio of office properties. The share price is heavily depressed, but unfortunately it is not easy to say when it will turn around, the newspaper assesses.
Since the summer of 2022, the newspaper has issued two Buy recommendations for Fabege, both of which proved unsuccessful in terms of poor returns.
“Right now, it appears that rising interest rates will put considerable pressure on earnings going forward. We therefore arrive at a Neutral recommendation, even though we believe it could be an interesting entry point for the very long-term investor,” Affärsvärlden writes in its conclusion.
