Credit management company Hoist Finance has appointed the nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
Lennart Ågren from Svea Bank replaces Malin Björkmo from Handelsbanken Fonder, while Board Chairman Bengt Edholm replaces Lars Wollung, who stepped down as chairman this spring.
Per Arwidsson from Arwidsro remains chairman and Erik Selin continues to represent Erik Selin Fastigheter.
The owner representatives represent 49.4 percent of the votes, compared with 50.1 percent the previous year.
The meeting will be held on 11 May.
