Finnish S-Bank now controls approximately 97.32 percent of the shares and votes in Oma Savings Bank following the recommended cash offer.
During the extended acceptance period, which ended on October 22, an additional 162,829 shares were tendered, corresponding to 0.49 percent of the shares and votes.
Payment to shareholders is expected to be made around November 2.
