Aircraft washing company Aerowash has, through its subsidiary Nordic Aerowash Equipment, entered into a loan agreement with Groupe Socomore for EUR 300,000, equivalent to SEK 3.3 million, to strengthen its market development in North America. This is stated in a press release.
The funds will be used to manufacture washing robots for delivery to the United States, with the aim of shortening lead times ahead of expected orders.
“The loan gives us the opportunity to increase the pace in the United States. It is important to be able to demonstrate our latest technology on site and to have the ability to deliver quickly”, comments CEO Niklas Adler.
The loan has a term of 36 months, carries an annual interest rate of 6 percent and will be repaid through 10 percent of the net sales price for each unit sold in the United States.
At the same time, Aerowash has repaid a previous convertible loan from Socomore of SEK 2.85 million.
