German investment company Mutares has received an irrevocable bid from Quiver for logistics company Stuart, which has sales of approximately EUR 50 million and around 70 employees.
The transaction is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter, after employee representatives have been informed.
Mutares acquired Stuart in 2023. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
