Sara Molnar purchased 1,000 shares in leisure products company Thule on 22 October, where she is a board member. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 190.26 per share, in a transaction worth SEK 190,300. The transaction was carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is shown by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.
Molnar previously owned no shares in Thule, according to the ownership service Holdings. She joined the board at the annual general meeting on 11 May this year.
