Nancy Liu, a board member of Danish consumer electronics manufacturer Bang & Olufsen, bought 40,000 shares in the company on October 21.
The shares were bought at a price of approximately DKK 10.38 per share, in a transaction totaling DKK 415,144. The purchase was made on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
